Terms and Conditions of our Services
Introduction: These terms and conditions govern all photography services provided by ProShots, located in Dubai, UAE. This includes family portraits, business headshots, model photography, and studio rentals. Services Provided: In-Studio and On-Location Sessions: Services are primarily offered in-studio. On-location shoots are available at an additional fee. Specific terms apply to each setting. Session Duration: Session times are fixed to avoid conflicts with other bookings. Extensions are available at an additional fee. Multiple Day Use: Sessions and packages cannot be split across multiple days or different locations. Pricing and Payments: All prices are subject to a 5% VAT. Prices are firm for in-studio sessions. Rates for on-location setups are higher and must be discussed in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking. The balance, along with any additional dues, is payable on the day of the shoot. Scheduling and Cancellations: Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice. Subsequent changes may lead to forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations or significant changes made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the loss of the deposit. Intellectual Property: The Photographer retains ownership of all images. Clients receive a license for personal, non-commercial use, unless rights for commercial use are purchased. Client Obligations: Clients are expected to be punctual and prepared for sessions to ensure smooth operation. All photoshoots involving children require the presence of their parents or legal guardians. Special Requests and Add-Ons: Optional add-ons must be selected as part of a session package and cannot be availed individually. Requests for urgent delivery of pictures will incur additional charges. Limitation of Liability: The Photographer is not liable for personal injury or property damage occurring during a photography session or studio rental, except due to negligence or willful misconduct by the Photographer. Confidentiality: Client information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in local courts in Dubai, UAE. Miscellaneous: Rates may be adjusted for specific client needs or unexpected conditions. These terms represent the complete agreement between the Photographer and the client.
